Job Description

This is a senior partnering role with real breadth—combining strategic influence, hands-on support, and project leadership across the full HR spectrum.
  
You’ll work closely with leaders to deliver contemporary, compliant, and impactful HR solutions that drive workforce effectiveness and support organisational goals. The work is varied—spanning generalist partnering, ER/IR, organisational change, culture and engagement, and core people processes.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to deliver effective people strategies, workforce planning, and organisational design.
  • Lead and advise on complex ER/IR matters, including investigations, performance management, and EA interpretation.
