- Partner with business leaders on people initiatives to support the organization’s growth and sustainability.
- Collaborate with various HR and business teams to implement policies, processes, and problem‑solve on people matters.
- Advise on workforce planning, identify and address talent gaps, and develop strategies to meet the business needs through recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.
- Lead performance management initiatives and work with reporting managers in improving employee productivity and addressing performance gaps.
- Work with different levels of employees to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and manage unwanted attrition.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions on organizational changes.
- Conduct offsite visits as needed.
