Role Overiew
Reporting to the Head of HR (Singapore), you will play a key advisor on talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management to a group of employees in your assigned portfolio. In addition, you will represent the HR function in cross‑functional initiatives and external engagements, working closely with the Centre of Excellence (COEs) to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
