Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate HR operational activities including employee records administration, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain proper employee documentation and ensure HR records are updated accurately and timely
  • Support payroll administration, employee benefits coordination, insurance matters, and HR reporting processes
  • Ensure HR practices and processes comply with company policies and relevant Singapore employment regulations
  • Coordinate work pass related matters including application, renewal, cancellation, and status tracking in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities on HR operational matters when required
