Senior HR Executive

Job Summary

The Senior HR Executive will support the end-to-end HR function for the manufacturing site in Singapore, with a full spectrum including payroll management, compliance, and operational HR excellence. The role will work closely with site leadership to drive efficient HR operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support workforce engagement in a production environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Full-Spectrum Payroll Management

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for site employees (including shift workers, operators, and staff).
• Ensure accurate computation of:
• Overtime, shift allowances, variable pay, bonuses
• CPF contributions, SDL, IR8A/IR21 tax filings
• Liaise with external payroll vendors (if applicable) to validate payroll outputs.
• Handle payroll-related queries, reconciliations, and reporting.
