Ho & Wee LLP is a boutique law firm. We are looking for a capable and proactive Senior HR & Office Administrator to help us run and grow the firm.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources- Implement and maintain firm‑wide HR policies and procedures
- Oversee staff leave management and scheduling to ensure adequate manpower coverage at all times
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: drafting job descriptions, placing advertisements, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations
- Handle employees’ benefits administration including medical insurance and leave entitlements
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records; manage staff confirmation, resignation, and off‑boarding processes
