BIPO is seeking an Application Support Consultant to provide frontline application support for our HRMS clients. This role handles incidents, service requests, and basic troubleshooting across various HRMS modules.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in application support, familiarity with ticketing systems, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include resolving tickets, documenting solutions, and collaborating with a team across APAC.
