Job Description

Key Responsibilities Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Coordinate and manage in-house training workshops and programmes
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors
  • Track training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness
  • Maintain training records and support reporting
Recruitment
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
