Key Responsibilities

  • Contract & Compliance: Draft, review, and manage Master Service Agreements (MSA), Purchase Orders (PO), and Addendums. Ensure all contractual terms align with business interests.
  • Immigration Management: Handle end-to-end US immigration workflows. This includes specialized knowledge of F-OPT/CPT regulations and the execution of I- (STEM OPT Training Plans).
