Job Description

Take charge of HR operations in a pivotal Senior Human Resources Manager role, adeptly guiding the employee lifecycle and supporting management initiatives. This position is focused on fostering a compliant and effective workplace.
You will report to the Vice President of People and Culture and provide HR business partner support to various leaders. Key responsibilities include conflict resolution, performance management, and monitoring HR compliance with Alberta regulations.
