  : Senior ICTS Engineer  Key Responsibilities: 
 1. Technical Leadership and Design:
 Lead the development of comprehensive ICTS design solutions for large-scale projects, including structured cabling, network infrastructure, telecommunications, and security systems.
 Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of ICTS engineers and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.
 Ensure ICTS designs align with project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations.
 2. Project Management:
 Manage and oversee ICTS projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
 Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
