Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to support one of our global UK-based clients.

Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala or other cost‑effective nearshore locations supporting US business hours.

6–8 years of IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to global users, including VIPs and Executives.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printer, telephony and conferencing issues.
  • Support both Windows and Mac environments.
  • Respond to tickets via phone, chat, email and ticketing systems.
  • Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
  • Manage assets, documentation and equipment inventory.
  • Assist with installation, configuration and deployment of IT equipment/software.
