Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to support one of our global UK-based clients.Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala or other cost‐effective nearshore locations supporting US business hours.6–8 years of IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd line IT support to global users, including VIPs and Executives.Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printer, telephony and conferencing issues.Support both Windows and Mac environments.Respond to tickets via phone, chat, email and ticketing systems.Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online.Manage assets, documentation and equipment inventory.Assist with installation, configuration and deployment of IT equipment/software.Support meeting room technologies and collaboration tools.Occasional regional office travel may be required.Required SkillsExperience supporting a global workforce.Nice to HaveAdditional relevant experien...
