We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our global MRO client. This role is responsible for providing advanced technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users.
Responsibilities- Provide advanced technical support for PCs, industrial PCs, printers, phones, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and update operating systems and standard applications.
- Monitor system performance and support system availability and security.
- Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support local and regional IT projects as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective IT service delivery.
- Respond to user requests and provide high-quality customer support.
