This role focuses on facilitating Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Lean Project Delivery Systems. You will collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, driving successful project implementations while fostering innovative delivery approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients in IPD readiness and process improvement
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and Lean & IPD Workshops
• Assist in finalizing business cases and owners' Conditions of Satisfaction
• Develop strategies for procuring IPD Teams
• Train IPD teams on Lean methods including Last Planner System
