Responsibilities Responsible for Tech Refresh schedule, deployment and process for ISG Group Coordination with PC Officers for Tech Refresh Database and uploading of excel files Tech Support for HQMS vendor concerns Imaging of ISS and GMD machines Deploying signature updates, antimalware platform and Windows updates via Bigfix Console PC Deployment, collection of PC and deletion of emails Patch Schedule and Software request Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
