Key Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone and email daily.
• Process orders, inquiries, and quotations each day.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and confirm stock availability.
• Suggest alternatives when necessary and follow up on all quotations.
• Make at least four outbound calls per day to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with e‑commerce inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
