About the Role

We are looking for a senior design professional to independently lead interior design projects within a structured design-build environment. You will take ownership of projects from concept refinement through to detailed development and documentation — ensuring that approved design intent transitions into technically sound, spatially coherent, and execution-ready solutions.

You will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Senior Project Leader, managing design progression across layout refinement, material detailing, consultant coordination, documentation clarity, visualization direction, and client presentations.
