Responsibilities
- Working as an integral part of the Pre‑Construction Team to design and contribute to the success of a wide array of high‑end residential projects.
- Completing a diverse range of daily tasks to support successful projects, including:
- Initial design consultations as part of our sales cycle, determining concepts & project budget
- Full Design Specifications Packages; including Working Drawings, Millwork Packages, Details, RCP
- Material selections with clients & suppliers
- Management and procurement of finishes
- Maintaining budgets for all selections
- Coordinating materials/finish selections to sites
- Overseeing templates, measures and installation of custom details
- Client communication
