Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates
Drive 12–15 project bookings per month by ensuring strong pipeline management
Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey
Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assigned projects
Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality
Take ownership of centre-level growth, contributing to overall business expansion in the city
