Qualification:
- Architects: M.Arch / B.Arch
- Interior Designers: Diploma / Degree / Master’s in Interior Design
Preferred Experience: Developer Spaces / Healthcare / Hospitality Architecture
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver high-quality architectural/interior design solutions.
- Manage complete design portfolios and project execution.
- Handle statutory submission drawings for Mumbai & Mumbai Region projects.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide team members for professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, manpower budgets, and quality standards.
