Role and responsibilities
- Communicate your ideas through a variety of methods including verbal, written, sketches, 3D perspectives and AutoCAD
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and trades
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes for the design team
- Analyze and collaborate closely with clients and owner of the firm for value engineering process to ensure projects are within budget
- Develop high-quality drawing and documentation sets that are clear, comprehensive and consistent
