With over 5 years of experience in an ISP environment, candidates should have expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, as well as strong troubleshooting abilities. Responsibilities include maintaining network infrastructure, configuring VLANs, and supporting dynamic routing protocols. A Grade 12 qualification and Security+ certification are advantageous.
