Job Responsibilities:
● Monitoring and responding to system, application events/incidents/alerts raised by the Business, End Users
● Configuring and installing various Operating Systems – Windows, MAC, Linux
● Performing end user system maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
● Configure, maintain and troubleshoot OneLogin Cloud Identity System
● Google Workspace (G-Suite) – Administration (Users, Groups, Mail Routing)
● MS O365 – Administration (Users, Groups, Mail Routing)
● Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
● Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
● Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
