Job Description
As a Senior IT Engineer , you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of the organization’s enterprise IT infrastructure, with a focus on systems, storage, backup, and disaster recovery operations.
- Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper‑V)
- Administer, configure, and maintain storage environments (SAN / NAS) , including provisioning, monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity management
- Manage enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, or Veritas NetBackup
- Monitor backup jobs, investigate and resolve failures, and perform regular restore testing and recovery validation to ensure data integrity
- Support disaster recovery (DR) operations, including replication setup, failover/failback execution, and periodic DR drills/testing
