Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
- Relevant experience of providing maintenance support level 1 and level 2 for Cisco switches and VPN
- Deployment and maintenance of firewall (Palo Alto, FortiGate and Cisco)
- Design, implement, configure and troubleshooting IPsec VPN site to site.
- Design, implement, configure and troubleshooting VPN access like SSL VPN, PPTP, L2TP, DHCP and internal DNS.
- Design, implement, configure and troubleshooting
- Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
- Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
- Optimizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Investigating faults in the network
- Manage AWS server and Veeam backup.
