Senior/ IT Operation Specialist (Infrastructure)

Monthly Salary: up to $5000

• Provide technical expertise to evaluate, recommend and implement new technologies and cloud services to help improve IT operations.
• Provide level 2/3 support (setup, configure and troubleshoot) for server systems in Windows platform and network systems.
• Working with outsource vendors to:
  • Monitor, diagnose and resolve problems with key IT systems ensuring systems work efficiently.
  • Ensure high availability of services through regular server and network maintenance.
  • Ensure server, network systems and end-user PCs are well secured and protected.
  • Ensure security patches for operating systems, servers and network devices are implemented (Test and deploy) timely by –
