IT Recruiter

We are currently sourcing for a strong IT recruiter to join our dynamic team. Achieve and be rewarded!

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  1. Partnering with Business Developers and Account Managers to determine staffing needs
  2. Screening resumes
  3. Performing interviews with candidates
  4. Administering appropriate company assessments
  5. Performing reference and background checks
  6. Making recommendations to Business Development and Account Managers
  7. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  8. Following up on the interview process status
  9. Maintaining relationships to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  10. Completing timely reports on activity

Profile

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Matric
  2. 6+ years’ experience in Recruitment
