A leading MultinationalCorporation (MNC) headquartered in Taiwan is establishing a new factory inSingapore. We are seeking an experienced IT Support Executive who will beresponsible for providing day-to-day technical support for the company's officeand factory operations. This includes maintaining IT infrastructure, supportinghardware and software, troubleshooting system and network issues, and ensuringsmooth operation of business and production-related IT systems. Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Helpdesk Provide first-level technical support to office and factory users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and email issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and scanners. Support Microsoft Office, ERP systems, accounting software, and other business applications. Set up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, and asset records. Perform regular system updates...
