Senior IT Support / Workplace Technology Engineer Location: Dublin (Onsite) Contract: 9-month contract The Role We are recruiting a Senior IT Support / Workplace Technology Engineer to join a large enterprise environment based onsite in Dublin. This is a hands-on, user-facing role focused on supporting end users with their day-to-day technology needs. You'll be visible on the floor, resolving IT issues directly with users, setting up and deploying devices, and delivering a high standard of customer service, including VIP and walk-up support. This role suits someone who enjoys being onsite, practical, and people-focused, rather than working purely behind the scenes.
