Description
We are seeking a Lead Technical Consultant / Senior IT Engineer with expertise in Infrastructure and Product Implementation. This role involves client-facing projects, BAU support, 4th line support, and working with technologies such as Windows Server 2019+, O365/Azure, SCCM/SCOM, Power Shell, and Cloud/AWS/Azure. The position offers a salary range of 70-80 K and is primarily office-based.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infrastructure and Product Implementation, with the ability to mentor a team and serve as a technical escalation point. You will report to the Head of Service Delivery and engage closely with external clients and stakeholders up to C-Level.
