In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive ITSM frameworks for large-scale IT mergers. Your responsibilities will include mapping observability alerts and creating automated incident management processes that ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining high project lifecycle standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design of the ITSM target operating model
• Establish CAB quality gates for regulatory compliance
