About The Role

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the platforms that support our client’s internal operations. You will be the technical owner of our Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform, a system relied upon by teams across the organization. Your work will help ensure that critical internal processes run smoothly, supporting colleagues who, in turn, support the global research and education community.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role:

• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and evolution of the Ivanti Neurons ITSM environment, ensuring it remains stable, well‑designed, and aligned with user needs across our client.
