Duration: Long term 3-5 years.
Requirements
Hands-on coding
Solid knowledge of data structures
Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
Practical knowledge of Spring Framework / Spring Boot
Strong grasp of system design, OOP, microservices, and REST APIs
Experience with real-time messaging (Solace or JMS)
Experience with Kubernetes, Linux, and shell scripting
Ability to work independently
Good to have: exposure to GenAI tools and technology
Prior banking experience
MBE, WOSB, SWAM, NMSDC.
