Job Description

The new role :

  • Drive mutually beneficial outcomes that meet both the customer’s expectations (service quality, fair pricing) and company objectives (gross margin, profitability, service expansion, and new project opportunities). ·
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce and sell additional services, deepening the integration between the company and the customer. ·
  • Manage customer feedback, address inquiries promptly, and compile insights for monthly reporting to support discussions with the Business Development Manager. ·
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, and Operations teams to ensure service levels consistently meet agreed standards. ·
  • Coordinate with country management to execute projects aligned with customer expectations. ·
