Job Description
The new role :
- Drive mutually beneficial outcomes that meet both the customer’s expectations (service quality, fair pricing) and company objectives (gross margin, profitability, service expansion, and new project opportunities). ·
- Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce and sell additional services, deepening the integration between the company and the customer. ·
- Manage customer feedback, address inquiries promptly, and compile insights for monthly reporting to support discussions with the Business Development Manager. ·
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, and Operations teams to ensure service levels consistently meet agreed standards. ·
- Coordinate with country management to execute projects aligned with customer expectations. ·
