Senior Advisor, Labour Relations

Location: Calgary, Edmonton or Winnipeg.

Reporting to the Manager, Employee Care, Senior Advisor, Labour Relations is a key position that is accountable for ensuring that our employees are being supported in a manner that is consistent with best practices, policies and procedures outlined by PASS’s Corporate People & Culture Department. In addition to day-to-day labour relations in compliance with several collective agreements within the Prairies Region, the Senior Advisor, Labour Relations is also responsible for the following functions:
