We are looking for a Senior Laboratory Operations Managerwho is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented to join us in our Business Operations team, based at our Braine L'alleud site in Belgium.

About the role

You will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient day-to-day operation of laboratory buildings and infrastructure that support research activities in Braine. Acting as the main point of accountability for your assigned facilities, you will help ensure strong building performance, service continuity, compliance, and a high-quality workplace for laboratory teams. This is a hands-on role combining operational leadership, technical problem-solving, and close collaboration with internal partners and external service providers.
