Senior Laboratory Technician

We are looking for 2 Senior Technicians to join our Micronutrients and Chemistry Laboratory teams. In this role you'll be working in collaboration with all departments across site to manage and meet demands and ensure the continuity of laboratory service. You'll will be responsible for day-to-day laboratory operations, managing your shift, arranging staff training and providing input into process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Arranging daily tasks and day to day testing to technicians, ensuring we are meeting TAT.
• Send delay escalations of any test methods.
• Arrange 1:1's with technicians in the lab.
• Escalate any issues regarding instruments and troubleshoot.
• Send detailed handovers to the next shift and improve communication in the lab.
• Authorize results as a KTP and make sure all quality requirements are met.
