Senior / Lead Developer Role Overview
The Senior / Lead Developer will play a hybrid role as both a hands‑on engineer and a client‑facing technical lead. This position combines deep technical execution with the ability to guide nearshore/offshore developers, contribute to early discovery discussions, and help shape solutions that are both functional and feasible within defined budgets. You’ll work closely with product and design teams to translate ideas into scalable, efficient, and maintainable systems—balancing technical rigor with practical implementation.
