Responsibilities
- Electrical Building Services Design Engineer managing own projects and Electrical Design teams for Building Services Projects.
- Manage and contract supervision of Building Services projects – MV and LV expertise.
- Report writing, compiling of technical specification and bills of quantities.
- Prepare contract documentation.
- Liaise with clients, staff, and other professionals from inception to handover phase.
Requirements
- BEng/BSc Eng, BTech in Electrical (Heavy Current) Engineering
- Must be professionally registered. (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng)
- 10 years’ post grad experience
- Must be Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Previous Consulting Engineering experience
