• Understand the design basis, project requirements including HSSE, scope, cost, schedule, quality requirements, client and class requirements and project execution philosophy.
• Incorporate the project requirements into the engineering design and deliverables.
• Plan, lead and manage team resources by assigning work/packages to each team member.
• Clarify responsibilities and deliverables for everyone.
• Plan and lead the deliverables as per project requirements.
• Issue the deliverables according to the project timeline and quality requirements.
• Direct and manage project work, including issue of deliverables within schedule and quality.
