Do you want to help solve some of our most critical operational challenges and bring LEAN to life on the shop floor? We are looking for an experienced LEAN Partner with 10+ years of experience to join Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM) in Hillerød. In this role, you will drive improvements on the shop floor, coach leaders, and ensure that improvements translate into sustainable behavior and measurable impact.
Your new role
As a Senior LEAN Partner in Drug Product Manufacturing in Hillerød, your primary responsibility will be to partner with one of our production areas, helping to solve key challenges while strengthening the LEAN culture.
