  • Support end-to-end learning and development activities, including training needs analysis, programme coordination, course development, delivery, and evaluation.

  • Support AI enablement programme by coordinating learning initiatives, promoting the adoption of AI tools, and assisting in the development of AI-related learning solutions and resources.

  • Explore and apply AI-powered tools to enhance learning effectiveness, learner engagement, and personalized learning experiences.

  • Manage and continuously improve the eLearning platform, including content development, maintenance, regular review, and user support.

  • Develop engaging learning materials and digital content, including visual, presentation, and video-based learning resources.
