  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, the department head, and the regional team to align training programs with strategic goals.
  • Design, develop, and update training materials, courses, and resources.
  • Ensure learning content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts or external trainers as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field from a reputable university
