Senior Leasing Manager for the Global Real Estate team
THE ROLE:
This critical role involves overseeing all real estate leasing activities related to new store openings and negotiations on existing leases. Working with external parties and the internal legal teams to ensure smooth and efficient signing of business properties globally.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Managing the entire lease process for new store openings, from site selection, negotiation, to final lease execution.
Negotiating lease renewals and modifications for existing leases, ensuring optimal terms for the company.
