Must Haves: 10 years PQE of practicing labor and employment law most recently/currently in-house within a complex international organization, professional services, or similar industry Spanish qualified employment lawyer, with deep strategic and operational employment law expertise in an international organization and experience advising across different jurisdictions Experienced at managing outside legal advisers and other providers of expert advice on employee matters Ability to use AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining high-quality, risk-based advice English and Spanish fluency Plusses: Fluency in any other language Firm experience early in career Litigation experience Day to Day: Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Legal Counsel to join a top global consulting company.
