Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Contract Specialist to support legal operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across different jurisdictions. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial agreements
- Support contract negotiations with clients
- Conduct legal research for new services and jurisdictions
- Drive continuous improvement in legal processes
- Collaborate with international legal teams
Requirements
- Law degree
- B2 English level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contacts
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis skills
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
