Job Description
An international EPC contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to support major pipeline, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the CIS region. Based in Doha, this role will focus on contracts, claims, and day-to-day legal support for complex live projects operating in a cross-border environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer EPC-related contracts, purchase orders, supply agreements, and subcontractor contracts
- Manage legal and contractual relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Support contract lifecycle management from tender stage through execution, amendments, completion, and close-out
- Handle claims, disputes, variations, extensions of time, and performance-related contractual matters
- Identify contractual risks and develop practical mitigation strategies
