Job Description
We are seeking aSenior Licensing Manager.
In this role you will:
Lead the development and execution of a regional licensing program, driving strong retail presence across Softlines and FMCG/promotional categories.
Partner with global and regional commercial teams to coordinate product placement and maximize brand visibility at key retailers in Brazil.
Manage licensees, oversee product approvals, support promotional partnerships, and ensure alignment with global strategies and financial targets.
Required qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of experience in licensing, retail, FMCG or related industries
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian retail landscape
- Experience in merchandise licensing, promotions or manufacturing
- Bilingual English and Brazilian Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
