A prominent probate law firm is seeking a new senior associate to add to their dynamic team. This firm guarantees their attorneys a proven path to promotion and partnership. My team has placed 4 attorneys with this firm in the past 7 years, and they all still happily work here! One of those attorneys made partner and others have been promoted to more senior associate roles.
The ideal attorney will have:
+ 5+ years of trust and estate litigation experience
+ Experience litigating a contested probate case from inception through resolution:
+ Discovery
+ Drafting pleadings and motions
+ Depositions
+ Court appearances
+ Mediations
+ Trial prep
